If this is a family photoshoot, tell me about the family; who's coming, ages, preferred location, etc.

If this is a branding or headshot session, tell me about you; your occupation, purpose of the photo, how many people will be photographed, that kind of stuff.

If this is a bar or bat mitzvah, tell me about the family; how many kids, ages, is this your first? Is there a rehearsal or ceremony, location, etc? Tell me about the party; location, time of day, start time, end time, a big bash or just a small schmoozy event. Tell me as much as you know before we connect.

And finally tell me anything else that would help before we chat; what would make this photoshoot successful, do you have any concerns, what are your expectations, that kind of thing. If you are a repeat client, please let me know what we did previously. How did you find me, have we met before, are you from my past? Are we friends, do you want to be my friend? :-)
