Sage’s Bat Mitzvah: November 6, 2021
I loved working with this family, I know them through my cousins but it was really nice to spend time with them on a personal level. We met at Habonim on a very chilly morning in November, the family ready to go. Sage was spectacular, her sister (well-versed in the modelling arts), fit right in, and finally when the parents when added to the mix, that was the icing on the cake. When we were done, the real bat mitzvah action was to begin. I love shooting at Habonim, one of my favourites, the space is bright and open, and lends itself to really capturing people. Sage read beautifully from the Torah, and delivered beautifully what she has been studying for months. Everyone was proud. Ceremony over, we headed into a delicious brunch. Speeches upon speeches, and each one heartfelt and warm. What a beautiful way to spend the morning. Mazal Tov, guys, so happy to have joined in.
