Samara’s Backyard Bat Mitzvah: June 1, 2023

I had so much fun photographing Samara, just a breath of fresh air on this beautiful Thursday morning. We started out in the neighbourhood, just goofing around and having fun until we found a ‘secret’ garden. We invited parents and grandparents into our secret garden for some photos before wrapping up and heading into the backyard tent for the ceremony. The affable Mel Koenigsberg was on hand to officiate, and as usual, conducted everything with grace and confidence. Samara was fabulous, she spoke beautifully and made everyone so proud. Wonderful speeches, delicious food, and joyful schmoozing was the order of the day. Mazel tov guys, what a great way to spend a morning.
