Miles’ Bar Mitzvah Schmooze: June 8, 2024
At the Walrus Bar in downtown Toronto, a new photographic territory for me, Miles and I embarked on a mini-adventure to find some quirky photo spots. We found elephants, fountains, and pedestrians aplenty. Joined by his sister and dad, we ventured through the streets, though we were politely asked to leave some spots (Toronto… sheesh). Back inside, we found a perfect backdrop for family and extended family photos. The day transitioned into a mix of schmoozing, pool games, a hora, and dancing. A highlight was Harlan, a seasoned family guest taking the mic, adding a special touch to the absence of a party animator. With good friends, delicious food, and a lovely vibe, Miles’ mitzvah night schmooze was a hit. Mazel tov!
