Benji’s Bar Mitzvah Rehearsal: April 4, 2025
What a lovely spring afternoon at Temple Sholom — the sun was out, the vibes were good, and Benji was all smiles. Some of those smiles were gently coaxed by his sister and parents, and some were that classic teenage grin he’s been perfecting over the years, both equally fantastic. We wandered around outside in the sunshine, chatting about baseball and snapping photos while Benji brought the charm. Such a sweet kid. Then his sister jumped in and the cuteness levels pretty much doubled. Eventually the rest of the crew joined, parents, grandparents, a sprinkle of extended family, and we wrapped up the portraits with all the love and laughter you’d hope for. It was time to head into the sanctuary for the main rehearsal event: photos with the Torah. Beth Shalom never fails to impress, it’s got that big, beautiful expanse that makes every shot feel epic. We captured some really lovely rehearsal moments with Benji and the family, mixed in a little silliness, and called it a wrap. Time to relax before the big day. Mazel tov, Benji — you’re going to crush it!
