Asher & Bobby’s B’nei Mitzvah Rehearsal: May 26, 2025
A double feature at Beth Tzedec made even better by a picture-perfect early summer afternoon. This mitzvah rehearsal had it all, two amazing families, one Torah, and the best kind of chaos. Asher and I kicked things off with a quiet wander, just the two of us, before we brought in his fantastic family for some joyful group shots. Then came the great mitzvah kid handoff and we grabbed a few frames of both boys together before Bobby took centre stage. We explored the grounds as the sunlight got all cinematic on us, and squeezed in a few sibling and grandparent pictures before calling it a wrap outdoors. Back inside, we made a final stop in the sanctuary for Torah photos on the bimah. The day was long, the smiles were real, and the boys were absolute champs. Mazel tov in advance, Saturday’s going to be a blast.
