Simon’s Bar Mitzvah: November 8, 2025
I was back with the Simon’s family after a couple of years away. I photographed his brother a while back, so seeing everyone a little taller but otherwise exactly the same made me smile. You know the feeling. We met at the house for pre-ceremony photos, and the fall leaves were showing off everywhere, because Toronto in autumn rarely misses. Around the neighbourhood, we very easily captured some beautiful fall pictures. We wrapped up the immediate family and grandparents before heading to Beth David for Saturday Havdallah. This was a three part event, so once that wrapped, we headed to Paese Restaurant for dinner, games, short speeches, and a warm family gathering. Mazel tov everyone. Way to go.
