Matias’ Bar Mitzvah: April\u00a029th, 2017<\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve known this family since I photographed Gabriella, the sister, about five years ago. This was her older brother Matias’ bar mitzvah at the Shir Libeynu Synagogue<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a>. I love the Shir Libyenu congregation; so unique and inclusive. \u00a0It was a joy to be back here again, very warm and spirited. \u00a0Matias was fantastic; he read well, spoke beautifully, and was a pleasure to photograph. I was able to photograph\u00a0the ceremony and brunch but it was up to Ben to take care of the party…<\/p>\n

…The bar mitzvah took place at the beautiful Rosehill<\/strong><\/span><\/a> Lounge<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>.\u00a0 A hidden gem right in the middle of the city.\u00a0 The beautiful exposed brick walls and dark wood finishes was a great space to photograph.\u00a0 The family arrived and I could tell immediately they were going to be warm, fun and ready to have a great time.\u00a0 Judging by the look on everyone’s faces they did not disappoint.<\/p>\n
