{"id":16029,"date":"2021-09-23T14:23:15","date_gmt":"2021-09-23T18:23:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jonnisuperphotography.com\/photography\/?p=16029"},"modified":"2021-10-25T21:11:54","modified_gmt":"2021-10-26T01:11:54","slug":"joshs-bar-mitzvah-september-2-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jonnisuperphotography.com\/photography\/blog\/2021\/09\/23\/joshs-bar-mitzvah-september-2-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Josh\u2019s Bar Mitzvah: September 2, 2021 (Chabad Midtown)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #993366;\">Josh\u2019s Bar Mitzvah: September 2, 2021<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This bar mitzvah ended up as a pool party of sorts, but a pool party of ONE, haha, the bar mitzvah boy Josh!!!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Let\u2019s start at the beginning\u2026 I met the family towards the end of the mitzvah service at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chabadmt.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #993366;\"><strong>Chabad Midtown Synagogue<\/strong><\/span><\/a> on St. Clair.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I was only to start at the end of the service, but I managed to get Josh\u2019s speech, and the wrap up.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>We took out the torah, and photographed a rehearsal of sorts, before heading back to the family home for some family photos.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Josh and the sisters were quite a team, totally working the camera.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Family photos over, it was time to deliver Josh to the watery finale.
