Liv’s Bat Mitzvah: April 30, 2022<\/span><\/p>\n

So this was a bat mitzvah in three parts. We had a fantastic rehearsal at Temple Sinai<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, this was followed up by a fantastic luncheon after the ceremony a few days later, and then to The Factory<\/strong><\/span><\/a> for the party.\u00a0 <\/span>So, to recap\u2026 the rehearsal was flawless, we wandered around outside in the garden and enjoyed the summer sun, taking photos and laughing. We finally went inside for a little taste of the Torah. The luncheon brought fourth a different experience, the jazz trio\u2019s presence was usurped by Liv\u2019s brother on piano, and her cousin and uncle on drums and bass respectively. Quite the musical family, and I know this from personal experience…and then to the party. The factory is a pretty cool place to hold an event, we photographed outside before sunset, portraits of grandparents and cousins and extended family, and then it was inside for the entrance, the hora, various speeches, snacks and dinner and dancing and everything that goes with it. Magan Boys<\/strong><\/span><\/a> were on hand to hold down party duties and as usual, killed it. Liv, amazing few days hanging with you guys.<\/p>\n
