Raya’s Bat Mitzvah: November 12, 2022<\/span><\/p>\n

Raya’s bat mitzvah started off at the family home with all the extended family her parents could gather.\u00a0 I started walking with Raya into the ‘almost winter’ temperature, (anything for a good photo, I guess) before adding in sibs, parents, grandparents, and finally cousins.\u00a0 What a blast.\u00a0 we wrapped photos and headed to Adath Israel<\/strong><\/span><\/a> where the havdalah<\/a><\/strong><\/span> service was to take place.\u00a0 I dropped in to photograph late in the service, before heading into the party room which was to house the evenings celebration.\u00a0 Raya was fantastic, she spoke with confidence and charm.\u00a0 Parents could not have been more proud. We wrapped the service portion, and schmoozed for a bit before Slinky<\/strong> from the Magen Boys<\/strong><\/span><\/a> fired up the dance floor, and brought the party to a high.\u00a0 Lisa Covent <\/strong>worked tirelessly, as usual, to make the event a seamless extravaganza.\u00a0 The traditional hora, speeches, amazing food, dancing non-stop, this was a great party which no-one could deny.\u00a0 We finally packed it in late in the night.\u00a0 Mazel tov, Raya, great night.<\/p>\n
