Riley’s Bar Mitzvah: June 7, 2024<\/span><\/p>\n

Riley’s bar mitzvah was held at one of my favourite synagogues, Chabad Romano<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>, north of Toronto. Though a bit of a trek from my downtown abode, it was worth every minute. We started with a little stroll around the synagogue, capturing the excitement of the parents and extended family. This set the stage for some stellar photos. After our outdoor adventure, we headed inside to lay tefillin and commence the ceremony. Riley was fantastic, embodying the warm and honest spirit of his family. He read from the Torah beautifully and delivered a compelling D\u2019var Torah. As expected at Romano, a delicious brunch followed, complete with candle lighting and more photos to wrap up the morning. Mazel tov, Riley! What a fantastic day.<\/p>\n
