I met Jordan and her family at. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congregationhabonim.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #993366;\"><strong>Habonim<\/strong><\/span><\/a> just as the sun was coming up. We took some indoor photos with Jordan before dashing outside for a few family photos whilst our noses and fingertips froze. It was all we needed, before we switched over to Emma&#8217;s family and did the same thing. Once we knew photos were done, we warmed up inside and got ready for the ceremony. Habonim <em>always<\/em> delivers, beautiful music played by Josh Engel, lovely singing by both Cantor and Rabbi, and just the perfect environment for a coming of age ceremony like a b&#8217;nei mitzvah. Everyone read beautifully from the torah, speeches were warm and heartfelt, and we were all treated to a delicious brunch and general fun before we called it a day.
