Talia’s Bat Mitzvah: May 31, 2025<\/span><\/p>\n

That was such a fun night. Talia\u2019s bat mitzvah was held at a studio I\u2019d never been to before\u2014Motorista Studio<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0off Laird. Totally unassuming from the outside, but inside it was pure vibe. Dark, intriguing, and full of photographic potential, even if it made me work for the light.\u00a0\u00a0I took Talia outside for a quick shoot. Industrial, chic, not my usual trees-and-flowers scene, but very cool in its own way. We added the rest of the family, wrapped it up outside, and headed in for the main event.\u00a0\u00a0The night kicked off with a beautiful Havdalah ceremony led by the one and only Arlene Moshe. She brings charisma, warmth, and an angelic voice every time. It was a heartfelt and moving start to the celebration.\u00a0\u00a0Then came the party. And what a party. Dave Monaco<\/strong><\/span> from Magen Boys<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span> was on the mic, which meant we were in for a ride. He delivered, as always. Limbo, hora, amazing speeches, dancing, food, fun\u2014it was all there, and the party continued late into the night.\u00a0\u00a0Mazel tov, guys, that was fantastic.<\/p>\n
