Max’s Bar\u00a0Mitzvah: June 25, 2016<\/span><\/p>\n

Rehearsal: 23 June \/ Friday night dinner: 24\u00a0June<\/strong>\u00a0\/ Ceremony: 25\u00a0June<\/strong> \/ Party: 26\u00a0June<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

So finally the day arrived for my nephew’s Bar Mitzvah. \u00a0My family decided I was not to be the\u00a0photographer for this celebration as I was going to be in some of the pictures, however I was able to shoot\u00a0the rehearsal. \u00a0As for the portraits and party, Ben and Gwen stepped up to the plate. \u00a0Max was amazing. \u00a0I have watched my nephew grow from a baby to\u00a0a Bar Mitzvah. \u00a0It’s not often one hears the ‘Voice of God’ during the bar mitzvah portion… but as anyone who was there can attest, we did. \u00a0All\u00a0speeches were eloquent and funny, Steve rose to the occasion nicely, and the weekend got off to a running\u00a0start. Oh, another thing… it’s not often you see the bar mitzvah boy deflect projectile candy with a Captain America shield. \u00a0There were many ‘firsts’ at this celebration.<\/span><\/p>\n
