    Aaron & Yasemin’s Wedding: September 18, 2022

I can’t think of a more delightful and wonderful way to spend a Sunday. This wedding of Aaron and Yasemin was so special, brought me to tears… tears of  laughter, that is. We started things off a few weeks ago with an engagement photo shoot in the Alexander Muir park. I love this location for photos, so much variety, colour, and the sunsets at the perfect time. Fast forward a few weeks and I was parking at the Four Seasons Hotel ready for the wedding day. Upstairs I did go, checked in with Yasemin who was having a delightful time with bridesmaids and her people. Some photos there of the hair and make up, and I wandered down the hall to Aaron’s room. All we did was laugh, we did take some photos but there was way more laughing than photos. Hence the tears of laughter.  Back and forth, until everything was ready and it was time for the big reveal. I’ve done many a reveal, this is the first one where I had Aaron chilling out on a chair. Needless to say, Yasemin looked spectacular with a capital S. The happy couple got their first look, and as was par for the evening, much kissing and making out was on deck. We headed off to Holy Blossom for a delightful ceremony, some late summer downpour which was expected, but we managed everything inside the synagogue without a hitch. The badeken, and the ceremony done, and we were off to the Eglinton Grand… And quite grand it was, I love the whole atmosphere at the Eg, party in a relaxed way. We danced, we dined, we chatted, and I couldn’t think of anything going smoother. Guys, I just have to say that was one of the most special nights I’ve had as a photographer. Way to go.
