Mara & Josh’s Wedding: Sept 9, 2017 – Camp Arowhon Algonquin Park<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This was one of my favourite weekends of the wedding season, spent at Camp Arowhon with Mara and Josh as it was their…. WEDDING!!!\u00a0 \u00a0Mara and Josh make a wonderful couple and this wedding really brought that to the fore.\u00a0 \u00a0Everyone stayed over in their own log cabin, and made it seem like we were all back at camp again, just like in our teenage years. Canoes were a-paddlin’,\u00a0 climbing ropes\u00a0a-hanging, you could go anywhere and do anything, unlike actual summer camp :-). The place looked fantastic, all decked\u00a0out for a celebration to end all celebrations.\u00a0The morning started with me wandering around camp and photographing whomever and whatever. I made my way to Mara getting dressed and then over to Josh. We had a\u00a0special reveal on the dock and then crept a way to get some private photos before taking portraits with the family.\u00a0 Finally on to\u00a0the ceremony… yes, the ceremony. Quite an entrance was made by both parties, one\u00a0aquatic and the\u00a0other\u00a0equine, just your typical entrance, y’know.\u00a0 The party rocked like no other, this band blew the roof off the camp main lodge.\u00a0The party went into the wee hours, and finally everyone stumbled off to bed.\u00a0 \u00a0The next morning I was up to see what damage had been done, but everything had been put away and the band allowed to retire. I did come across their instruments lying around and made sure I took some photos thereof. Just before I said goodbye, Mara decided to take a swim on a beautiful Sunday morning, albeit she was it in her wedding dress! Say no more. Guys, thanks for having me and my family for the weekend, we had a great time. Enjoy.<\/p>\n
