Abby’s Bat Mitzvah: September 25, 2021
Abby’s Bat Mitzvah took place at the family home on one almost rainy day in late September. The house was set up out back with a tent and balloons and the pool and all other things mitzvah. Abby and I stepped outside and one minute later, it started raining, so inside we did go for some family photos. Those were done, and we headed out to the tent where cantor Moshe Sadaan held down service duties. Always inclusive and charismatic, the service was fantastic. Abby was spectacular, reading and speaking with poise and grace. Magen Boys were waiting in the wings set for an amazing party… then all the kids arrived, and all the rules went out the window. Late into the night we did party. Mazel Tov, guys.
